Acceptance

By placing order for goods through our online shopping, the Customer is deemed to accept the terms and conditions of sale.
On purchase of any goods from OCZone a tax invoice is issued which details the order as OCZone has received it. In case the Customer find any discrepancies please notify OCZone in writing within seven days. An order is accepted subject to the prices in effect at the time of shipment and to the conditions thereof.

Delivery

Once the payment is received, OCZone will take all reasonable steps to ensure the delivery of goods or performance of services is prompt, but shall not be responsible for any loss whatsoever sustained by the Customer for delay in delivery.
If the Customer cannot physically come for pick-up, courier will be arranged through either Fastway Courier or Post Haste. Please note that OCZone has no control over the courier companies' delivery time. And no claim shall be made on account of late shipment or delivery how ever it is caused.
Goods will be sent to the address that provided by the Customer at the time of placing the order. If wrong address or insufficient address is submitted, or a change of address is requested after the products are released, then it is the Customer's responsibility to get the product from the address firstly provided. OCZone will try to alert and request the courier company to redirect it to the new address and if they are unable to do it, then the Customer is liable for the loss of the package.
OCZone reserves the right to deliver the goods by instalments and each instalment shall be deemed to be a separate contract under the same provisions as the main contract. Should OCZone fail to deliver or make effective delivery of one or more instalments this shall not entitle the Customer to repudiate the main contract.
Estimated delivery time shown underneath are indicative only:
- Auckland region: one working day
- Short-hore: over night
- North Island: one to two working days
- South Island: two to three working days
- Overnight: National area. One day only
Packaging and delivery charges per items:
- Auckland local: Packaging & Delivery first item (20KG) $5.95. Each additional item (20KG) add $4.95
- Short-hore: Packaging & Delivery first item (10KG) $8.45. Each additional item (10KG) add $6.45
- North Island: Packaging & Delivery first item (7KG/35cmx25cmx8cm) $9.45. Each additional item (7KG/35cmx25cmx8cm) add $7.45
- South island: Packaging & Delivery first item (5KG/35cmx25cmx8cm) $11.45. Each additional item (5KG/35cmx25cmx8cm) add $9.45
- Overnight: Packaging & Delivery first item (3KG/35cmx25cmx8cm) $26.49. Each additional item (3KG/35cmx25cmx8cm) add $24.49
- Rural Destinations Extra Charge $5 for each item.
- Please Note: Oversize/Overweight item's' extra shipping cost will be added to the final cost of your order.
Pick up
- If you want to choose pick up option. there is some point need to apply
  - Order first from website and get an order number.
  - Make your payment via bank deposit or online transfer.
  - Wait for pick up notification e-mail, usually with a order status "Order ready to pick up"
  - Bring your receipt from bank or screen shot if you did the online transfer. and plus your personal ID
  - If you want to pick at that day, Please ring us to arrange before noon, we will try best to get it.
