There are several steps of online shopping procedure

Final confirm the order and then submit it
You will receive a "Order Received" E-mail, contain the information of your order detail, payment method and your detail. DO NOT transfer the money NOW. because we have to confirm the stock.
Then you will receive a "order Confirmation" E-mail. It will tell you the stock status such as if it is available or how long new stock will arrive. if you want to purchase, you could deposit the money to our bank.
After you transfered or deposited the money. reply the "Order Confirmation" E-mail to let us know. It will make we process your order faster.
If we received your payment, we will send you a "Order Processing" E-mail. You dont have to reply this E-mail.
When everything finished, we will send you a "Order Delivered" E-mail. Which means Everything has been done. You will received your package within several days.
If you havn't received the order, you could ring us and we could give you the post code, you could easily track & trace the order.
